The Alliance is building necessary network foundation codifying quality of care within private provider networks across Nigeria.
Given the fragmentation in the private health sector, the Private Sector Health Alliance of Nigeria is creating eight (8) model private provider networks (across 53 facilities) to address market failures & enable at scale interaction between the public and private sector. The Alliance is also building necessary network foundations and codifying quality of care, business management, data systems and PHC financing interventions within private provider networks. While the Alliance is realizing network synergies, it is replicating, refining and integrating the codified model in other States in the country.
